kidThe ARMDS Senior Management team has many years of Medicaid experience including a subject matter expert who assisted in the development of the NJ (Family Care) Care Program, the Medical Emergency Payment Program for Aliens, and the Supplemental Prenatal Care Program (NJSPCP) while working for the New Jersey Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services.

ARMDS staff screens all uninsured and underinsured patients for all State and Federal Medicaid programs.  Our staff assists county outstationed workers and Medical Assistance Program (MAP) representatives in gathering necessary information to document patients’ eligibility. Staff also accompanies patients to their Social Security appointments when applying for SSI and provides follow-up through the appeal process.

In addition, ARMDS staff will follow-up with the county boards of social services, MAP offices, and act as advocates for patients who are initially denied Medicaid.
