auditOur Director and Vice President developed The New Jersey Charity Care Program Regulations in the 1990s while working at the Department of Health and Senior Services. Rita Romeu Vice President is our Corporate Compliance Officer/Audit Team Leader. Our audit team is independent of operations, composed of experienced Senior Managers, and provides ongoing quality assurance for all services ARMDS offers.

ARMDS assists our New Jersey clients with the DHSS Charity Care Audits in several ways.  We train client staff for compliance with State and Federal regulations; we conduct reviews of high dollar accounts; and perform random internal audits to assure understanding and general compliance.  ARMDS management attends all State quarterly audits to provide clients with support and additional expertise.
